Lauren Sigmon

Lauren is a graduate for Appalachian State University where she received a bachelors degree in dance.  She has over 15 years of dance experience and has been an instructor at RBDA for 3 years.  She specializes in ballet and lyrical but also has experience in jazz, contemporary, and tap.
